Return and exchange policy

At My Magical Jewelry, we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit only (custom orders are excluded).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
 

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
